Vishnu Mandir also called as Nakata Mandir located near Bhima Talab
Vishnu Mandir, in the 12th century the kings of the Hayhay dynasty began construction of this temple. Now also the incomplete temple can be seen near Bhima Talab. The temple was supposed to be constructed in two parts but it was constructed partially. Therefore the temple is also called as “Nakata-Mandir” by local people. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the preserver of the entire universe. The temple follows strict religious rituals according to the Hindu customs and traditions. It is one of the significant religious site of Chhattisgarh, the sanctity of the divine monument is depicted by the religious legends and myths.
